  • Since 2016, Edin has served as the primary strategic partner for Auckland Transport (AT) and NZTA in the evolution of the Auckland Network Operating Plan (ANOP). This comprehensive portfolio of work has transitioned the ANOP from a high-level document into a suite of practical, evidence-based assessment tools and operational frameworks. The work is currently focused on the "ANOP Next Level" initiative, which aims to embed these principles into the culture of the organisation across six key operational pillars.
